IGKO Syllabus for class 4

The IGKO is organised by the school connect online (International General Knowledge Olympiad). The IGKO Olympiad is an examination for students in grades 1 through 10. Its goal is to pique students' interest in current events and general knowledge. The IGKO Olympiad Syllabus must be familiar to students participating in the IGKO Olympiad.

Since the IGKO exam is primarily used to assess candidates' general knowledge, you should expect some questions about current events. Aside from that, the IGKO Syllabus will include fundamental questions from subjects such as Geography, History, Mathematics, and Science, among others. The IGKO Class 4 Syllabus includes General Awareness, Current Affairs, Life Skills, and an Achievers Section. Students in Classes 1–4 and Grades 5–10 have different IGKO Syllabuses for each section. Who is eligible to undertake the IGKO examination?

All students in grades 1–10 are eligible to compete in the International General Knowledge Olympiad. Students do not need to prepare for any additional exams after taking this one because it is only one level. As previously stated, with the exception of students in the 11th and 12th grades, all students still in school can easily compete in the International General Knowledge Olympiad.

What organisation is in charge of the International General Knowledge Olympiad (IGKO)?

The IGKO is organised online by School Connect Online. The School Connect online is a non-profit educational organisation that encourages academic competition among students. It has used a variety of fun-filled innovative activities for more than two decades to encourage knowledge outside of the classroom and toward scientific studies.

Is the syllabus consistent across all classes?

No, not all classes follow the same curriculum. Curriculum levels differ from class to class. Otherwise, the result would be unacceptably bad.

Is the IGKO exam only available in English?

School connects online and administers the IGKO exam entirely in English. There are no other languages to choose from when registering and enrolling.
