Why is it important to implement Life Skills in education?
Intelligence plus character is the goal of true education.
- Martin Luther King, Jr
Educational estimation can be considered as one of the most important educational evaluations. Life Skills is an ability in every human being which can be used for solving problems and deep understanding of issues which are related to life, values and education. There are some neurological processes in the brain that lead to solving problems in human’s body. ILSO motivates individuals to find relations and unification. It has different degrees in different people. Although there aren’t many direct premises to LIFE SKILLS influence on education, many psychologists and socio-culturists indirectly support the impact of LIFE SKILLS on learning. The impact of LIFE SKILLS on education will be emphasis by the role of the teachers. Teachers with high Life Skills can elicit progress in students’ education.
How Life Skills can be good for a career?
When Life Skills is brought into the workplace work ceases to become a daily chore in order to earn money, and becomes a creative process of service and contribution. Others are seen and treated as people and not objects/resources to get a job done, and individuals have an opportunity to learn the inner and subtle skills of building and sustaining relationships in any area of life. These abilities include building trust, acting with integrity, empathising at a level beyond emotion, and the leadership of others through a consistently proactive attitude and positive vision.
